Are the parts genuine?
Yes. We are official resellers of the brands featured on the website and purchase directly from their showrooms or distributors. Invoice and certificate of authenticity are provided upon request.
What are your shipping times and costs?
Ships within 24 business hours. Metropolitan France 2 to 3 days (free for orders over €250), Europe 3 to 5 days, rest of the world 5 to 8 days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the package has shipped.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days after receipt to return or exchange an unworn item with its tags. Write to us and we will send you the procedure the same day.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page indicates the size worn by the model as well as the garment's measurements. Have a question? Our Gustavia team can advise you via WhatsApp or by phone at 06 51 66 12 34.
Can I reserve an item I saw online and try it on in store?
Of course. Tell us the reference and we will set it aside for you for 48 hours at 21 rue Jeanne d'Arc, Gustavia.
Is payment secure?
Payment is processed by Shopify Payments with SSL encryption: we never have access to your banking details. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.
Do prices include taxes and customs duties?
Prices displayed include taxes. For deliveries outside the European Union, potential local customs fees may apply upon receipt; these are independent of our store.
How do I track my order?
