1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all sales made in the store Le Corner Saint Barth, located at the above address. By making a purchase, the customer unreservedly accepts these conditions.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those presented in the store Le Corner Saint Barth. Products are described with the greatest possible accuracy. However, errors or omissions may occur. In the event of product unavailability after an order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between canceling the order or exchanging it for a similar product.
3. Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes. Product prices may be modified at any time without prior notice, but the prices applied will be those in effect at the time of purchase.
4. Orders
Orders are placed in-store. The customer can select the products they wish to purchase, and payment will be made at the time of purchase. An order validated by the customer can only be modified before payment.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods are: credit card, cash. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. No order will be shipped or handed over without full payment.
6. Delivery
The store Le Corner Saint Barth does not offer a home delivery service for in-store purchases. All products must be collected directly from the store at the address mentioned above.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the products. However, this right does not apply to perishable products or those that have been used. To exercise this right, the customer must inform the store in writing (email or mail) of their decision to withdraw, and return the products in their original condition. Return costs will be borne by the customer.
8. Guarantees
Products sold are guaranteed against any lack of conformity in accordance with French legislation. In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact the store as soon as possible. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or inadequate maintenance.
9. Liability
The store Le Corner Saint Barth undertakes to provide products in conformity with current legislation. However, in cases of force majeure or events beyond the store's control (delivery delay, breakdown, etc.), the store's liability cannot be engaged.
10. Personal data protection
Information collected during purchases is necessary for order management and may be used for commercial communication purposes. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, the customer has a right to access, modify, rectify, and delete personal data concerning them.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing an amicable solution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Saint-Barthélemy court.
